Roast in the Oven - roast the chickpeas in the preheated oven for about 20-30 minutes or until they become golden brown and crispy. Shake the pan or toss the chickpeas halfway through to ensure even cooking.
Cool and Enjoy - once done, remove the chickpeas from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. They will continue to crisp up as they cool.
