Chocolate Orange Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup milk - cow's or plant based
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped dates
  • 1/2 orange, zest and juice
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 very small pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a jar and screw on the lid. Shake well until everything is well combined
  • Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight
  • Enjoy straight from the jar or decant to a bowl and add some fresh or tinned mandarin oranges

To prepare more than one serving just multiply the ingredients based on the number of servings you need
