Ingredients

rolled oats

plain yoghurt
1/4
cup
milk - cow's or plant based

cocoa powder

tbsp
chopped dates

orange, zest and juice

brown sugar

very small pinch of salt
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a jar and screw on the lid. Shake well until everything is well combined
Place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight
Enjoy straight from the jar or decant to a bowl and add some fresh or tinned mandarin oranges
Notes
To prepare more than one serving just multiply the ingredients based on the number of servings you need
